Wounded Warrior Project

I think the Wounded Warrior Project is a really terrific way to help out the ones who risked their life for our country.

The wounded warrior project has many oppurtunities and events for wounded soldiers who have been injured in war and are disabled in some way. They also spend lots of time helping the soldiers to over come challanges of readjustment. Soldiers can participate in almost any sport or fitness activity to regain there confedice and indepence, I think this is a really great thing, I feel good knowing that theres so many opions for our injured soldiers and there not left feeling embarresed because of there disablity.

There are many people that help out with the wounded warrior project. Most of the time people get together and have all kinds of events to raise money and to help support out injured troops...This is far beyond awesome. I love the fact that so many people are willing to help a soldier and a hero out, I think it really shows what kinda of country we live in these days. Back to the subject, sports tournament, run/walk, benefit dinner, concert, and motorcycle and car events are just a few events they have.

I think the Wounded Warrior Project is a great thing. They've helped so many people who could not get the help for themselves.

War is...

War is pointless, killing innocent people.
War is violence, fighting in anger.
War is a duty, serving our country.
War is dangerous, changing the lives of many people.
War is anger, destroying lives.
War is children, praying for their parents to get home safe.
War is wanted, believing we will brake if you push us enough.
War is pain, suffering from injuries and heartbreak.
War is expensive, spending tons of money to keep troops in war.
War is needed, protecting our rights.

Remebering 9/11

September 11th, 2001 was a day of horror for America.  People all over the U.S. lost loved ones that day, I however was not one of those people but I felt and still do feel the pain of those who have.

Al-Qaeda knew exactly what there actions that day would do to America, they knew it would hurt us, they knew lives would be lost they thought it would make us brake but no they were wrong it made us stronger. Almost like the pioneers losin a football game, did it ruin us? No, we learn from our mistake and we fixed it. We fixed our mistake by making security stricter, being on alert at all times, paranoid yes but has anything happened to the us after 9/11 no.

Many people in the U.S. still feel the pain of losing their loved one that day. I honestly think that no punishment is harsh enough for the Al-Qaeda I don't even think their name deserves to be capitalized, they are just not worth it. To me, and I'm sure most of fellow americans believe the same way I do. Yes, it is prejudice to be that way but look at what they have done to us they just are not worth it.
